1. Are there usage or bandwidth limits on your services?

No, our plans are truly unlimited so you are free to use your Internet whenever and however you want. Please note, if we find that you are using our services for illegal activities, spamming, or in any way that negatively impacts other members of the Race community, we will take the actions necessary to prevent you from doing so.

2. Will I be able to use Wi-Fi with Race Fiber?

Absolutely! Race offers a wireless router option at the time of sign-up.  Race also offers whole home Mesh Wi-iFi extenders! These units ensure you can use your high-speed Race internet wirelessly throughout your home!

3. If I choose to get a new phone number from Race, what will my prefix be?

The number you are assigned will likely have a prefix commonly associated with your community, though the actual phone number assignment is out of our control. Phone number assignment is handled by NANPA (North American Numbering Plan Administration), which will let you know what numbers are available.

4. What channels do you offer with RaceTV?

Race offers a variety of channels and we are always working on improving our channel lineup. For an the most up-to-date lineup, please see our channel guide.
